Step 2: Profiling with Precision
Bonanzawood arrives in board form and is then ripped into strips. Precision moulders then shape it into the desired profile, anything from a sleek, modern flat to an intricate sloping reverse. Each profile is milled within microns so that joined frames align perfectly.
Step 3: That’s a Wrap
Framerica invented profile wrapped picture frame molding 50 years ago. And we’ve come a long way. Using proprietary adhesives and exclusive decors, our state-of-the art, custom production lines marry the design to the shape with seamless precision.
Whether it’s a rich walnut woodgrain, a soft matte black, or a timeless leafed gold, each is suitable for the finest art or memories.
Step 4: Quality, Checked (and Checked Again)
Every foot of moulding produced by Framerica is laser checked by intelligent cameras and inspected by human quality control specialists.
